"'A question I often get asked is "did you always want to be a hairdresser?", and truthfully - not always! Younger me had dreams of becoming a star, however my year 10 work experience in a local salon soon changed that, and I'm glad it did!

 

From the age of 15, I worked as a junior on weekends and school holidays, taking in everything I could be taught before heading off to college to start my training. It was here it became clear that I had a natural flare for hairdressing, of which my artistic background had its advantages!

 

I now have over sixteen years experience within an industry of which we never stop learning. My aim is to help educate clients about their hair issues they may face and how to overcome, maintain and even improve their hair quality. 

 

I am extremely passionate and take great care in the details. I am laidback and easy going - whether you like to sit back and relax in silence or enjoy a chin wag and a giggle, then Lykke and Hygge is the salon for you."
